This 30-hour program prepares graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to be an industry leader in the growing field of instructional design and technology. This program is designed around project-based learning opportunities in business, education, healthcare, and the military in instructional analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation as well as online teaching and learning. Graduates will master concepts in the integration of technology into instructional systems and curricula, the study of the foundations of instructional design, computer applications, assessment, multimedia instruction, web-based instruction, distance education, and design and production of instructional materials. This program does not earn Class A Certification. A grade of C or better (or retake the class) is required to stay in the program.
