EDLD 625 - Legal and Policy Issues in Education (3)

This course provides for an in-depth study of legal and policy issues inherent in instructional, non-instructional, and administrative positions throughout the education profession. Special attention given to legal and policy issues in the field of special education, personnel, policy development, and specific political issues that impact upon the role and direction of education in America.
