By completing the population health analytics and decision-making concentration, graduates will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to:
- Employ techniques for data quality assurance and improvement.
- Select and utilize appropriate data analytics tools and statistical packages in support of public health decision making.
- Manage and analyze data to address important questions in public health or biomedical sciences.
- Apply best practices of evidence-based decision making to public health programs or policies.
- Create effective data visualizations to communicate findings to diverse audiences.

Public Health w/Population Health Analytics & Decision-Making Concentration: 45 Credits
Fundamentals of Public Health: 0 Credits
This course will equip students to demonstrate a foundational knowledge of public health as required by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). This course must be passed by the first year of the program in order to advance to year two.
Public Health Core: 27 Credits
Population Health Analytics & Decision-Making Concentration: 9 Credits
Applied Practice/Integrative Experiences: 9 Credits
