Students pursuing the master of healthcare administration (M.H.C.A.) may also declare a concentration in dietetic internship, leading to both the M.H.C.A. degree and the dietetic internship certificate (CRH-DIET). Students must apply and meet the admission criteria, as well as adhere to the academic policies and standards, of each program. The 70-hour program is offered fully online.

NUTR 511 - Supervised Practice (2-4) (repeat for a total of 10 credits)

Dietetics Capstone: 3 Credits
