Focuses on the registered nurse’s role in health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction in individuals, families, and populations across the lifespan in various community settings. Emphasis is placed on levels of prevention, identifying and addressing social determinants of health, and engaging vulnerable populations with the healthcare community. Prereqs: ECRN 330 and ECRN 340.
