ORLD 501 - Purpose-Oriented Project Management (3) Explores principles, tools, and methodologies of strategic project management, being attentive to the human dynamics of goal setting, teamwork, and motivation. Includes designing practical action plans for any problem, idea, or opportunity; aligning project objectives with organizational goals, vision, and strategic intent; clearly communicating project strategies among stakeholders; discovering and eliminating potential pitfalls in advance; organizing and motivating teams for efficient planning; improving working relationships and reducing conflict; and delivering on-target projects that increase performance productivity, and profits.
