A survey course designed to introduce the student to fundamental team dynamics and team building. Application of leadership perspectives in practical activities fostering skills like conflict management and ethical decision making. Group leadership problems designed to enhance interpersonal communications and decision-making skills. Students should also take AERO 202 LLab. Offered: Spring only.
