Organizational Leadership (MSOL)

This program aims to prepare individuals to be moral and ethical leaders who reflect deeply on the people and organizations they lead. Building upon adult learning principles, culturally responsive leadership, purpose-oriented project management, organizational communication, and values-based performance appraisal, graduates will acquire the knowledge, skills, and dispositions that characterize faith-informed leadership.
