The computer science major exposes students to a broad range of computing topics, including software development, database management, hardware architecture, and operating systems, while also giving them the opportunity to explore additional topics in computer science, such as artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, cybersecurity, and game design. Students have the option to complete a broad-based computer science degree or to specify a concentration in cybersecurity, software engineering, or computer engineering technology.
