RCMS 510 - Cardiopulmonary Pharmacology (3)

Introduces the physiologic and pharmacologic basis of cardiopulmonary medications. Preparation, calculation of dosages and mixtures, and general principles of pharmacology will be covered followed by an in-depth discussion of bronchoactive drugs and drug groups related to the cardiopulmonary system such as neuromuscular blocking agents, central nervous system depressants, cardiovascular agents, and diuretics.
