MNGT 400 - Managerial Values (3)

Study of ethical perspectives and values in management decision-making. Through cases, readings, and field experiences, students explore the nature of ethical dilemmas faced by managers in making decisions and in exercising their responsibilities to society, their respective stakeholders, and themselves. Emphasis on students becoming aware of their own value systems, taking accountability for their own professional development, and recognizing their personal and professional responsibilities as managers.
