Mastery of content and ability to bridge knowledge and application through development of a research proposal. Provides opportunity to compare “actual” with “expected” student outcomes so that alignment can be improved between expectations, actual results, and educational programs. Prereq: KINE 141 or NUTR 210. Offered: Fall and Spring.
