KINE 486 - Recognition & Evaluation of Athletic Injuries: Upper Body (4)

Practical and classroom study in clinical evaluation of upper body injuries and illnesses commonly sustained by the competitive athlete. Emphasis on proper evaluation for the purpose of (1) administering proper first aid and emergency care and (2) making appropriate referrals to physicians for diagnosis and medical treatment.
