NUTR 408 - Clinical Nutrition (3) Explore the fundamentals of clinical nutrition. Gain expertise in nutrition assessment, biochemical interpretation, enteral and parenteral nutrition, fluid-electrolyte management, and critical illness. The study of common chronic diseases and how they relate to clinical nutrition will also be covered.
