Introduces nursing health assessment principles for diverse populations. Topics include comprehensive health history, systematic physical assessment, health promotion, communication, and person-centered care. LEC, LAB. Prereqs: BIOL 225 and BIOL 226; Admission to the School of Nursing and all required science courses must be completed with a minimum science GPA of 2.30 on a 4.00 scale. Offered: Fall and Spring.
