NURG 767 - Psychotherapeutics Frameworks and Modalities (2)

The course provides an overview of frameworks and modalities related to psychotherapeutic treatments and management of psychiatric mental health disorders across the lifespan. Emphasis is on the application of evidence-based psychotherapeutics with individuals and families for the management of disorders, symptoms, and issues. Students must satisfactorily complete a minimum of 60 hours in a Samford approved setting, with a Samford approved preceptor, within the semester in which this course is taken.
