ORLD 509 - Capstone in Organizational Leadership (3)

Showcases learning progression and insights through critical reflection on coursework, readings, and experiences throughout the organizational leadership degree program. The course will cover adult learning principles, culturally responsive leadership, purpose-oriented project management, organizational communication, and values-based performance appraisal. Prereqs: Completion of at least four core courses in this master’s degree program.
