Introduces theories, concepts, and knowledge necessary for the care of individuals, families, and populations in the community setting. Emphasis is on the professional role development of the nurse practitioner in the community, as well as trends, issues, values, and standards that shape care in the community. Prereqs: NURG 706 and NURG 707. Prereq/Co-req: NURG 708.
