The role of the nurse leader in addressing health needs of diverse population groups is explored. Trends in chronic and emerging diseases, other health conditions, and genomics are examined. A gap analysis is conducted yielding recommendations for evidence-based resources and services. Prereq: Admission to the graduate nursing program.
