ENTR 445 - Experiencing Entrepreneurial Ecosystems (3) This course provides a high-engagement, experiential learning opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded students. Students are tasked with building out and implementing a business model, including the formalization of a written business plan. Guidance is offered on problem identification, problem validation, pricing, pivoting, and scaling. Additional resources may be provided in the form of (limited) seed capital, school-approved technologies, and supplemental mentoring. Further, students will be exposed to and will build connections with a wide variety of resources from the local and regional entrepreneurial community. Speakers may address topics such as legal structures, financing/funding, technology platforms, branding, pricing, and other applicable subjects. For junior and senior-level students.
