CSDS 212 - Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech and Hearing Mechanism (4) A comprehensive course that provides the learner with knowledge of the anatomy and physiology of the systems that support communication and swallowing. Emphasis is placed on the complex coordination of the respiratory, phonatory, resonatory, articulatory, auditory, and neurological systems required for speech, language, hearing, and swallowing.
