PSYC 328 - Behavioral Neuroscience (4) Examination of the physiological basis of thought and behavior through a thorough study of the anatomy and physiology of the nervous system, particularly the processing of sensation and movement. Emphasis also placed on the neural mechanisms underlying behaviors related to sleep and rhythms, hunger and thirst, reproduction, learning, emotion, and mental illness.
