ENTR 401 - Discovering New Business and Product Ideas (3) The primary goal of this course is to help students generate potential ideas for a new product or business. Through a combination of readings, brainstorming sessions, presentations, and on-line discussions, we will learn how to search for and identify entrepreneurial opportunities. Learning objectives of this course include generating several ideas for potential products or businesses based on important trends and each student’s interests as well as developing each student’s entrepreneurial mindset. The course can count as an elective for the entrepreneurship, management, or marketing major. Prereq: BUSA 100 . Offered: Summer, on rotation.
