Leadership attributes and responsibilities are explored in relation to health policy, ethical practice, collaboration, economic considerations, and quality in health care organizations. Selected concepts in health care leadership are investigated to prepare advanced practice nurses to improve quality within the health care system. Prereq: Admission to the D.N.P. Program.
