NUTR 609 - Current Topics in Nutrition (1-3) Exploration of current topics in nutritional science and public health nutrition. Provides a forum for student faculty presentation, and review of current research efforts. Learning activities include review of nutrition journals, critical reading of topics in the history of nutrition and/or specific nutrition problems of current interest, written journal article summaries, and oral presentations. Topics subject to change to reflect current interest and issues. May be repeated three times for a maximum of 6 credits. Offered: Fall, Spring, and Summer.
