PHTH 644 - Medical Management of Health Conditions 4 (2)

In this fourth course students learn about the management of health conditions outside of physical therapy. Emphasis is placed on the healthcare of patients with musculoskeletal and neurological health conditions of adults and older adults that require surgical, medical, and/or nursing care. Emphasis will be placed on understanding how physical therapy practice can work collaboratively with adult and older adult patients across various settings, aiming to improve their overall outcome.
