PHRX 505 - Pharmaceutical Sciences III (4) Third in a three-course sequence developed to provide an understanding of the pharmacological and chemical properties of individual agents and various drug classes. These properties include mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, indications, adverse effects, drug interactions, dosage forms, and contraindications. Designed to apply understanding of pharmaceutical sciences to make rational decisions in the management of medication therapy.
