The master of social work program (M.S.W.) prepares graduates for advanced social work practice. The program offers concentrations in clinical social work and global community development. The clinical social work concentration prepares graduates to serve as counselors, psychotherapists, or case managers, or in similar positions that provide social services to individuals, families, and/or small groups. The global community development concentration prepares graduates to address largescale systemic challenges, such as homelessness, hunger, poverty, human trafficking, and access to healthcare.
