ECOL 320 - Human Behavior in Organizations (3)

Survey course that provides students with the fundamental concepts and principles of human and organizational behavior. The study of interpersonal relationships and communication in the workplace, as well as self-assessment, prepare the student for successful leadership roles. Prereq: ECPS 101  or ECSO 100 .
