Relates public health principles to professional nursing practice. Focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, and risk reduction in individuals, families, groups, and populations across the lifespan in the community setting. LEC 2.5, LAB 7.5 hours per week. Prereqs: NURS 351/NUAD 351 and NURS 383/NUAD 383.
