Topics and assignments cover both domestic and international business issues, emphasizing the challenges of making decisions in a climate of increasing demands for transparency and accountability. Through focused readings, simulated corporate scenarios, meetings with corporate executives, and class discussions, students will develop competencies in managing employee and corporate conduct.
