Introduction to core aspects of sports and recreation program planning. Assessment, implementation, and evaluation of total programs and individual program activities will be investigated, discussed, and applied. The roles of leadership and management within various organizations will be examined as will leadership and management styles, theories, and decision making processes. A personal approach to leadership and management will also be explored. Prereq: KINE 200. Offered: Fall. (Formerly KINS 390)
