PHAR 690 - Management, Innovation, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship (MILE) (1)

This course explores principles of the management, innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship aspects of pharmacy. This knowledge will enable participation in pharmacy and healthcare business enterprises and in development of innovative models for delivery of healthcare and medical therapeutics. This background will allow the student to potentially become active in management of the clinical practice of pharmacy. This course will build on knowledge acquired from the pharmacy curriculum, including financial management and pharmacoeconomics, human resource management, communications, and introductory and advanced pharmacy practice experiences.
