PHAR 512 - Human Resource Management for Pharmacy (1)

This course will address the basics of human resource management for pharmacists. Students will learn essential personnel management and leadership skills for various pharmacy settings. Topics will include practice management, cultural awareness, ethics, law and regulatory affairs, professional communication, and professional development/social and behavioral aspects of practice.
