CHEM 450 - Biochemistry Laboratory (2)

The isolation, purification, manipulation, and characterization of DNA and proteins. Includes a broad spectrum of classic biochemical techniques, electrophoresis, enzyme kinetics, chromatography, and spectrophotometry. LAB 6.
