BREL 101 - Introduction to Biblical and Religious Studies (1)

This course is an introduction and invitation to biblical and religious studies. It is intended for students who would like to explore what these subjects are all about. We’ll read great texts and have conversations about a range of interesting and important topics, such as the purpose of college education, the value of studying the Bible, theology, and religion in that context, the basic contours of these topics, and the skills these topics require and develop.
