Provides an overview of the methodologies, procedures, and governance for the management of projects in the healthcare information technology marketplace. It provides a practical examination of how projects can be managed from start to finish. Students will learn and demonstrate proficiency in IT systems selection, design, and implementation principles. Students will utilize health information technologies and interact with health informatics and information professionals. Prereq: HIIM 303. Offered: Fall.
