PHRX 301 - Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience I (3)

This course is designed to complement, within a pharmacy practice setting, the academic content in the didactic courses. Information to be covered includes pharmacy calculations, drug information, physiology, biochemistry, drug delivery systems, administration and communications. Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experience I will serve as an introduction to the practice of pharmacy and as preparation for the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences in the fourth professional year.
