PAST 511 - Fundamentals of Surgery I (3)

This is the first in a two-part course that will be delivered by didactic instruction, instructional videos, and case-based studies that focus on the diagnosis and treatment of surgical disease. This course evaluates the signs and symptoms associated with surgical disease processes, the preoperative evaluation of surgical patients, intraoperative surgical care, as well as post-operative management involved in their care.
