DVSF 601 - Early Christian Spirituality (3) This course focuses on key writers, such as Irenaeus, Athanasius, Gregory of Nyssa, and Evagrius of Pontus, to illuminate key themes from the Patristic period, such as the nature of sin and the passions, the image of God in human salvation, and the personal nature of theology grounded in prayer.
