NURG 665 - Clinical Practicum II (2) Emphasis is placed on strengthening the student’s scientific background and application of health-related information in a selected area of nursing practice. Opportunities are provided for the student to apply content from the core and specialty courses including evidence-based practice, quality and safety, population health, health policy, inter-professional education, and collaborative practice. Students will complete the clinically-focused project initiated in NURG 664 - Clinical Practicum I (2) , on a current topic such as patient safety, informatics, technology, end-of-life care, genetics, genomics, gerontology, or nursing care of diverse patient populations. The project will be formally presented at the end of the semester. Prereq: NURG 664 . Offered: Fall.
