NUAD 385 - Nursing Process across the Lifespan II (8) This course focuses on utilizing the nursing process in clinical decision making for the management of acute and chronic illnesses across the lifespan. Evidence-based practice and professional nursing standards are used to validate judgments and enhance critical thinking in the provision of safe, quality care. Professional role performance is broadened by caring for clients with complex health needs in a variety of acute and community-based settings. Nutritional needs and rehabilitation are integrated throughout the content. Students identify client learning needs and implement measures to decrease risk and facilitate health promotion, maintenance, and restoration. Prereq: NUAD 384 . Prereq/Co-req: NUAD 321 .
